Red Smoothie Bowl recipe

I am totally on the smoothie train. I can’t even think of a reason not to be. They are satisfying, smooth and are the perfect vessels for helping me meet my daily fruit and especially vegetable requirements. So you can imagine how crazy I am about adding them to a bowl and getting creative with the toppings! Not only have my snacks been amazing but it has also fueled my creativity.

The only difference in making smoothie bowls is reducing the amount of liquid you would normally add to the smoothie and there you have it! Try making your own smoothie in a bowl and top it off with some of your favourite fruits and seeds.
